We apologize for the lack of posts these days because Hairin and I are both overwhelmed with packing up and leaving our summertime lives for New York City. It's a strange feeling of excitement and apprehension. But we'll be back with more photos when we are nicely settled down there. :) Anyway these were taken in front of one of our favorite stores in Singapore: Blackjack at Forum. It stocks the coolest and exclusively-available brands such as Japanese brands Ne-net (designed by Pleats Please's Tazuaki Takashima) (shop), Tsumori Chisato (shop),  N Hoolywood/Mister Hollywood, Le Grande Bleu, and international cult brands like Sass&Bide, Ksubi, Helmut Lang, Acne and Edun.

Bye Bye Chanel

It's been a long five years but it's time I bid a sad farewell to my very trusty pair of Chanel flats. My mom bought them for me at the flagship on Rue Cambon and it's never failed me. It's been resoled twice and now the time has come to say good-bye and for me to look for another pair of ballet flats.-Hairin
